Artist StatementMy works draw inspiration from nature, mythological characters, and everyday objects that surround us. I create metamorphosed images of people and animals, immersed in a mystical shadow, which allows me to explore themes of a distorted world order and the borderline state between reality and abstraction. In my practice, I experiment with a variety of materials—from traditional to contemporary mixed media—which opens up new possibilities for unexpected forms and color solutions. My art strives to go beyond the obvious, revealing the deep symbolism of human interactions and emotional states. Through painting, I contemplate corporeality—as a metaphor for being, a reflection of the inner world, and the experience of emotions. My creative process is a way of engaging in dialogue with the very nature of feelings and existence, where each material becomes an expressive language in its own right.
